Each part of the body of man has an individual weight and this must be optimally balanced by the mattress. VISCO MIND® HD The Visco Mind® HD is a self-shaping material with elastic memory and high-density (about 95 kg/m3), much more than the normal Visco Mind ® (about 50 kg/m3). The molecules of the material are closely, stir together,
this ensures a better grip of the body on the mattress, reducing even more
the wrong pressure points. The high density has ensured the resolution to
the problems that have long engaged specialists, and a finally effective remedy

 BAYSCENT®neutralizes unpleasant odors with the system of microencapsulation for Materials and fabrics. 

The action of the microcapsules Bayscent®, active within the fabric, is based on an effective prevention: as guardians of the bad smell. The microcapsules are activated selectively on the fabric, thus preventing the formation of the bacteria that cause bad odors. Contrary to traditional techniques involving the use of fragrances such as “smell covering products”, rarely effective and short lasting, the Bayscent® treatment helps to eliminate odors and gives the fabric a good clean scent. The treated fabric Bayscent® acts on 3 levels: first, it considerably lowers the vapor pressure of the odor, then neutralizes the bacterial degenerative action, by acting on the receptor, then refreshes the environment with a delicately scented odor.  Oeko-Tex Standard 100 is an independent testing and certification system for textile raw materials, intermediate and end products at all stages of processing.

This means that textiles for harmful substances such as Antimony or optical brighteners and their content can be examined to minimize health risks to the consumer. In order to ensure health safety of textiles, the testing institute works with a list of criteria. This includes over 100 test parameters. Based on these parameters are prohibited by law and approved in accordance with strict regulations substances can be detected and evaluated. The Scensic ® technology delivers the psychology of aromatherapy in the
fabric, working on the association of a perfume with a state of mind. Studied
in 3 different scents, lavender, green tea (green tea) and linen. Lavender

calming and balancing properties, dissolves physical and emotional tensions,
becoming a natural remedy for sleep disorders giving a total feeling of wellness.

The special fragrances of the Scensic ®, applied through the special treatment
of micro-encapsulation (a unique system to apply the perfume and fix it

AIR SPACE
An extraordinarily breathable fabric, used mainly on the lateral bands of the
mattresses. It is a system that is based on maximum ventilation of the mattress
so that the air flow is constant. It eliminates 100% all forms of moisture
that might be created internally, allowing a more healthy and relaxing sleep.

BAMBOO
The bamboo from which this particular fiber is obtained is collected in mountainous
areas where the air is pure and soil unpolluted.
From this plant, that has special characteristics of elasticity and tenacity, a
very durable fabric is created, wrinkle-resistant, anti-pilling even after numerous
washings. The unique hollow structure of bamboo fiber, gives the fabric
excellent breathability, moisture management and conservation of body
heat, providing a feeling of freshness and relaxation especially in the warmer
seasons. The bamboo fiber contains pectin of honey with emollient and nutrients
properties for skin cells.

BAYGARD®
The treated fabric Baygard® acquires special oleo-repellent and water-repellent
qualities while maintaining breathability. This allows to reject the
possibility due to events such as a sudden drop of liquids on the bed, but also
in everyday life is the guarantee of practicality and comfort. The fabric also
has high stain resistant qualities and is able to maintain its quality even after
numerous washings.

BIOCELL 40 FUSION
The antimicrobial and anti-static fabric par excellence, made up of a special
viscose fiber (40%), with an added percentage of silver and carbon. The silver
ions, by binding with the enzymes of the cell of the microbe, inhibit its activity
and multiplication, while keeping intact in time its antimicrobial function.
Thanks to the radiant power (which conserves the heat generated by the human
body) and reflective power (that is uniform distribution of heat itself to
the outside) of silver fiber, Fusion is also able to regulate body temperature.
The carbon, among all the elements, has the highest electrical conductivity.
This feature allows to instantly dissipate the annoying electro-static discharges
that can accumulate during the night.

JACQUARD
This fabric, characterized by particular design and manufacturing, mainly
used for different types of non-removable and non-washable mattresses, ensures
a healthy and hygienic comfort.

FLAX
Thanks to its qualities, the flax is still an innovative fiber: for the high hygroscopicity
and the ability to allow the immediate absorption and evaporation
of liquids, with rapid elimination of moisture and heat. The flax is universally
known for its qualities of freshness and comfort. It can be washed very often
and yet is non-deformable over time. It does not cause allergies because it
promotes the natural exchange of heat and humidity, it is antistatic because it
retains the electrostatic charges.

NANOTEX®
A technology that uses particles that can only be measured on the nanoscale
(1-100 nm). The Nanotex ® particles are 1 million times smaller than a grain
of sand. Nanotechnology is used to transform the molecular structures of fibers
to create a fabric that offers unsurpassed performance and comfort. The
treatment becomes a fundamental part of the fabric. Thousands of particles
are anchored deep into the fiber of the fabric and keep at a distance the molecules
of dirt. This discovery of resistance to the spillage makes the best of the
fabric treatment and makes it last more than traditional treatments, without
changing the comfort, sensation or breathability of the fabric. Liquids such
as wine, cola, coffee, make a drop and roll off without being absorbed (where
penetration into the fibers causes stains). Thanks to the fabric Nanotex ® the
body sweat is absorbed by sheets, frequently washed, not by the mattress.

OUTLAST®
The Outlast ® technology was originally developed for NASA to allow astronauts
a long stay in space.
Today the Outlast ® improves the comfort of thousands of people and for this
he received the award “Certified Space Technology ®”.
A fabric that can balance the fluctuations in temperature, which absorbs the

that greatly increase the air circulation, decreasing the level of humidity for a

POCKET SPRINGS
The mattresses are equipped with numerous springs, each of which is contained
in a bag. Each spring has therefore an excursion movement independent from the others to adapt perfectly to every single part of the body.
It has 7 different areas of support, according to the hardness of different
diameters of steel. Available, among others, the version with Micro-springs
(over 1500, in the double bed version) and one with about 900 springs in the
double bed model.

SEA FOAM
The Sea Foam is an innovative material studied in the rest system, derived
from the evolution of sea sponge and artificially produced on the basis of synthesis.
The well-known characteristics of the sponge are implemented, improved
and enriched through an innovative process of foaming, which gives
life to a product with an exclusive breathability that incorporates the modern
evolution of the mattress. The large passing cells, with a capacity 10 times
greater than that of normal polyurethane foams, allow air to circulate but
also store air and then release it in contact with the body, keeping the mattress
at a low and controlled humidity level for a cool, dry rest that was not
known yet. This feature also provides an excellent effect of carrying capacity,
because the air inside the material creates some bearings that make sure that
the mattress fits perfectly in every weight and every form of the body that
needs support.

BONNEL SPRINGS
The bonnel steel springs stand out to offer a traditional comfort. Each bi-conical
shaped spring is formed by a steel wire patented and phosphated. A tempering
treatment makes them anti-deforming; they are assembled with a spiral
that ensures a perfect union and at the same time optimizes the collective
work of the springs themselves.

MISTRAL
The Mistral, thanks to air circulation, keeps dry even the inner parts of a mattress.
With its special reticular structure, it keeps its shape even when it is
compressed, thus ensuring a constant and beneficial airflow. The special air
cushion creates a breathable system that can eliminate the moisture that the
human body produces during rest. The constant circulation prevents mold
growth and proliferation of mites, which are the cause of some of the most
common allergies. The particular elastic structure of the fabric, gently massages
the body during sleep promoting blood circulation. It is also a natural
temperature regulator: the skin, when exposed to a beneficial flow of air, finds
a balanced regulation of body heat while keeping constant the thermal value
and that of moisture. The carrying capacity test carried out on the mistral
shows that after about 2 hours from the application of pressure, all the products
tested fully recover the original thickness and do not present any perma-
12 nent deformation.

SUPER SOFT
Super Soft, used for the top layer of the plate, is a highly elastic polymer gel
(you can stretch it without breaking it), which, if stretched to extremes, can
return to its original shape without permanent residual deformations. This
product offers excellent resistance to impacts, a uniform distribution of pressure
loads and also has high resistance to high temperatures. Its polyurethane
base is completely non-toxic and therefore suitable for direct and prolonged
contact with the skin. It is very resistant but at the same time very flexible,
very soft but durable at the same time: its characteristics are 10 times those
of conventional latex foams.

100% LATEX FOAM
The Latex is a substance extracted from the tree Hevea brasiliensis through
an incision in the bark and collecting the milk that flows from it. The latex
foam comes from the curing of the latex milk. This material is capable,
according to several studies, to overcome many problems of allergies becoming
increasingly common. The latex, due to its elasticity, has the ability to
adapt point by point to each body position so that it is supported with clear
advantages in terms of orthopedics.

100% NATURAL LATEX FOAM100% natural latex foam means that all the latex contained in the compound used for the construction of the plate is of natural origin. The latex is extracted manually by making diagonal incisions in the bark and from each incision extracting around 30 ml of latex. The foam is made with vulcanized latex milk and the result is a product with extraordinary elasticity, breathabilityand resistance to dust mites and moulds.

EXTRA SOFT FOAM
This special material offers a technical performance higher than that of normal
paddings: it gives indeed an extra soft effect and has a softness 10 times
higher than that of normal paddings.
It enriches the mattress giving a special wrapping effect during rest.

COTTON/WOOL PADDING
The cotton padding, choosing to sleep on this side of the mattress, thanks to
the natural properties of this material allows you to find the right relaxation
in the warmest seasons. The wool padding, choosing to sleep on this side
of the mattress, thanks to the natural properties of this material, helps to
create and maintain the right warmth in the coldest period.

INSULATING NON-ALLERGENIC FIBER PADDING
The non-allergenic fiber in the padding has many qualities, to sleep in
hygiene and comfort. Resistant to mold and microorganisms, the non-allergenic
fiber is a padding with high performance, a great ally of the night’s rest
well-being. It is machine-washable.

VISCO MIND® PADDING
